Conversion of the 2nd Floor of Fort Wright’s Building 209
into Housing for Year-Round Residents
Walsh Park is proud to be a part of the ongoing revitalization of the Fort Wright area near the ferry landing. The repurposing of the second floor of Building 209 and subsequent rehabilitation of many parts of the building will ensure it will stand for many years to come. Housing for year-round residents has been a critical need for a long time and these six new apartments will be a wonderful asset to the community.
