Guided Nature Walks

Thursdays in July and August – Meet at the museum 10:30 AM

The Museum guided nature walks are led by board member Terry McNamara, an educator with decades of experience teaching science and the natural sciences at the high school level.

Please practice proper physical distancing.

AUGUST 11 WALK

This week, join HLFM Board Member Terry McNamara for a Nature Walk through an HLFM Land Trust Trail and learn about a wide and diverse array of Fishers Island flora and fauna. If you’d like to take part in this educational and pleasant stroll through the woods, please meet at the Museum at 10:30 AM on Thursday.

Dress for the weather, wear light pants tucked into your socks.
