“Fishers Island Nature Discovery” Program – Summer 2020

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a scheduling conflict, the previously announced two-week program for FIND has been shifted to one week in August 2020.

The FIND program will be held for children ages 7 – 11 for one week in August beginning on Monday August 17th and ending on Friday August 21st. The schedule and sign up procedures will be sent out by the Museum’s e-news, posted on and this website as soon as the details have all been finalized.

Due to Covid-19, participants will be provided with a daily FIND nature challenge that they will undertake in the field operating independently without direct accompaniment of Museum staff or educators. Those discoveries will be shared with all participants, but the platform for sharing is still being designed. When the parameters of the FIND program and sign up procedures are complete, an e-news message will be sent out and the details will be posted.
