The Henry L. Ferguson Museum

The Museum hosts three main galleries that feature Fishers Island-related Archaeology (Prehistory), Natural History and History, as well as adjacent annual exhibition space and a reference library. In addition, the Museum holds and maintains a Land Trust with properties located on all sections of the Island.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Masks are optional within the Museum and on Museum property.

HOURS

Tuesday – Friday: 10 AM to 12:30 PM;
2 PM to 4 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 12:30 PM
Sunday: 11 AM to 12 noon
Closed Mondays

The Museum’s Land Trust trail system is open for visitors.

The main show chronicles many aspects of the Island’s year-round community with a focus on work, school activities, recreation, and annual events that help bring the Island together.
