An illustrated lecture by Connecticut State archaeologist Dr. Brian Jones.

Sunday, July 23, 2017

Time: 4-5 p.m.
Location: Museum, 2nd Floor.

Ninety-seven percent of the history of Connecticut occurred prior to the arrival of Europeans, yet this period remains a mystery to most in our region today. Dr. Jones’ lecture will shed light on Native American life-ways of the past, revealing how Connecticut provides an important laboratory for the global study of human adaptation to changing social and natural environments.
