by HLFM director Pierce Rafferty.

Pierce Rafferty’s presentation will examine the history of Race Rock Light from concept to completion while celebrating the engineering feat accomplished by Francis Hopkinson Smith and his partner in construction, Capt. T.A. Scott of New London.
The talk will complement the HLFM’s 2013 exhibition on Race Rock Light.
