Edwin reached Gardiners Island by 8:30 am, and remained mostly around Gaylor Hole mid-island through the afternoon with a few trips to the surrounding shorelines. He returned north to Latimer Brook early in the evening and remained through the night.

Edwin Tracking May 24 ~ Early in the morning Edwin made a brief trip south to Bush Pond and returned to Latimer Brook before heading west to the Connecticut River. He then followed Eight Mile River and other Salem waterways northeast to Gardners Lake, then headed south to Barnes Reservoir by late morning and remained past noon.

In the early afternoon, Edwin headed further south and spent the rest of the afternoon at Bogue Brook Reservoir in Montville. In the early evening, he made a brief trip back to Gardners Lake but then returned to Bogue Brook Reservoir for the night.

Edwin Tracking May 25 ~ Early in the morning Edwin headed northeast to check out waterways from Bogue Brook Reservoir in Montville, through Bozrah and the Fairview Reservoir area of Norwich before heading back to Montville, where he briefly stopped mid-morning just east of Gardner Lake.

Early AM ~ Montville and Norwich Waterways

Late in the morning, Edwin headed west of Gardner Lake and followed small streams north to a section of the Yantic River in Lebanon. He then followed the river east through Bozrah and Norwich, and continued northeast across the Shetucket River into Lisbon. By mid-afternoon he had returned to a section of the Yantic River in Bozrah and remained there until evening. In the evening, he returned to the Gardner Lake area and a nearby stream in Salem, then spent the night further south at Fairy Lake, near an upper section of Latimer Brook.
