5/24/14    Edwin heads south around 5:30 a.m. to reach the Niantic River by 6:30 a.m., and then continues to the Seaside shoreline in Waterford around 7:15 a.m., and then continues even further south to reach Gardiners Island by 8:30 a.m. where he spends the rest of the morning fishing. Around 1 p.m. he heads north

5/25/14    Edwin spends the early morning at Lake Konomoc, then around 8:30 a.m. heads north and reaches Gardner Lake area of Salem around 9 a.m., and then circles back as far south as Mill Pond and continues to Barnes Reservoir, where he fishes until 1:45 p.m. He heads to Beckwith Pond around 2 p.m., then

THE SKETCHBOOKS OF CHARLIE FERGUSON

In the full sweep of Fishers Island’s history, there is no artist more synonymous, more closely associated with Fishers Island than Charles B. “Charlie” Ferguson. The main show features images from two of Charlie's sketchbooks which functioned as illustrated diaries that were filled with daily activities, nature observations, personal notes, and lots of art—drawings, sketches, and watercolors—in various states of completion.
