Charlie Tracking July 7
July 7 ~ Charlie visited Silver Eel Cove early in the morning, then returned to the nest at the west end transfer station and remained nearby through noon.
In the early afternoon, Charlie headed back to Silver Eel Cove, then to Hay Harbor and continued off-island. He visited Mumford Cove, Baker Cove and the Groton mainland, then the Thames River, before returning to Fishers Island. He reach Hay Harbor mid-afternoon, then visited the western and southern shorelines, and then headed off-island again.
During the early evening trip off-island, Charlie visited the mouth of the Thames River and returned to the western and southern shorelines. Around nightfall, he returned to the nest.

July 8 ~ Early in the morning, Charlie visited Hay Harbor, the southern shoreline, and Silver Eel Cove, and returned to the nest in-between. Mid morning, he headed off-island and visited the Thames River, then returned to the southern and western shorelines before taking a break near the nest.
In the early afternoon, Charlie visited the western shoreline, then headed off-island to the Thames River. He reached the Smith Cove area in Quaker Hill, then took a break among some trees of a residential area before returning to Fishers Island. He reached the nest late in the afternoon and remained through early evening.
Mid-evening, Charlie visited Silver Eel Cove and the southern shoreline, then headed to an area near the nest for the night.
