In the early afternoon, Charlie made multiple trips around the west end and visited the nest in-between. Mid-afternoon, he made a second trip to the mainland and visited the Thames River, then stopped along the Clarence B. Sharp Highway for a break before retuning to the nest on-island. In the early evening he made a third trip to the mainland to visit the Thames River, then returned to spend the rest of the night near the nest.

In the early afternoon, Charlie made a second trip to the mainland, and visited Groton Reservoir and the Thames River, then returned to the nest for the late afternoon and into evening. In the early evening, he made a trip to West Harbor, and Hay Harbor, then briefly returned to the nest before heading back to Hay Harbor for the night.
