8/14/14 After a night east of Hay Harbor, Charlie heads west near the airport early in the morning and then spends time back at the Winthrop trees from 7:15 – 9 a.m. He then hunts for food along the west end of Fishers Island and returns to the Winthrop trees briefly, then spends from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the trees on the corner of Beach. In the afternoon he hunts off the western shoreline with breaks near the airport, at Hay Harbor and back at the Winthrop trees. He also has a brief visit at the nest at the west end Transfer Station. Late in the day, Edwin makes another trip to hunt off the west end of the island and stops briefly near the airport and Hay Harbor, then spends from 5:45 – 7 p.m. at the trees on Winthrop. He then makes a final trip to the southern shoreline and returns to the Winthrop trees for the night around 8:30 p.m.
