8/7/14 Early in the morning, Edwin heads south from Hamburg Cove in Lyme to hunt for food at the Old Saybrook shoreline around 6:30 a.m. Afterwards, he begins to return north but stops at Ingham Ponds from 9:15 – 10:15 a.m. He then continues north to the Nott Island section of the Connecticut River around 10:45 a.m. and spends from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on the eastern bank. In the afternoon, Edwin makes a few trips between Hamburg Cove, North Cove and the eastern bank near Nott Island from 2:45 – 5:45 p.m., then in the evening, heads east to Beckett Hill State Park Reserve from 6:15 – 7:15 p.m., and returns to the an eastern section of Hamburg Cove for the night.
