Charlie Tracking September 12, 2015
Sept 12 ~ After second night on Gardiners Island, Charlie remained for much of the day. He spent the morning and early afternoon between the Tobaccolot Pond area in the northeast and the southern end of the island, including Gardiners Bay to the west and Tobaccolot Bay to the east.
Charlie reached Fishers Island in the late afternoon and remained near Hay Harbor for the rest of the day and settled along the southern edge for the night.
