Archaeologist Dr. Kevin McBride will present an illustrated lecture entitled “Battlefield Archaeology of the Pequot War, 1636-1637.” Featured will be field work done on and near the site of the Pequot fortified village at Mystic, Connecticut which was attacked and burned by a force of 350 English and Native allies on May 26, 1637.
