4/10/14 Edwin spends the early morning along the Niantic River but heads east across the Thames and is at the Groton Reservoir area by 8 a.m. He crosses back around the Gold Star bridge before noon and continues west to reach the Connecticut River by 1:30 p.m. where he spends the afternoon. 4/9/14 Edwin heads southeast from the Niantic River and reaches the shore near Beach Pond on Fishers Island by 7:30 a.m. then heads to the west end of the Island by 8:15 and then north towards the Mystic mainland by 9:30 a.m. Around 10 a.m. Edwin reaches the Groton Reservoir area but by 1 p.m.
