Sept 23 ~ Migration Day 4: After a night along Home Swamp in Williamsburg County, South Carolina, Charlie resumed his migration south in the morning. In the early afternoon, he crossed the border into Georgia, near Savannah, then continued to follow the shoreline south. By early evening, he had crossed the border into Florida and settled along Route 243, north of Jacksonville in Duval County.

Sept 24 ~ Migration Day 5: Early in the morning, Charlie visited nearby Broward River in northern Florida, then continued his migration south through the center of the state. In the evening, he reached Polk County, and visited Lake Hatchineha, Lake Easy and Crooked Lake, then settled among trees slightly further south.

Sept 25 ~ Migration Day 6: In the morning, Charlie resumed his migration, heading towards southern Florida. Along the way, he briefly visited waterways such as Fisheating Creek and the Caloosahatchee Canal. By evening, he had reached the Everglades and after nightfall was along the southern shoreline at Rankin Key.
