Charlie Tracking September 20: Migration Day 1
Sept 20 ~ After 4 nights on Gardiners Island, Charlie spent the early morning near Gaylor Hole, then began his migration south for the winter. He followed Long Island west to Long Beach and crossed Lower Bay into New Jersey mid afternoon. He then continued southwest, crossing Delaware Bay and Delaware, to reach Maryland, and the Chesapeake Bay area around nightfall.
