July 29 ~ Edwin spent the morning between Hamburg Cove in Lyme, and nearby sections of the Connecticut River to Nott Island, and Falls River in Essex, then returned to Hamburg Cove.
In the afternoon, Edwin returned to Essex and visited North Cove, then visited the Connecticut River from Nott Island to Hamburg Cove, and remained along the eastern bank through early evening.
Edwin headed back to Hamburg Cove in the evening to spend another night along Eight Mile River.

July 30 ~ Edwin spent the morning and early afternoon between Hamburg Cove and nearby sections of the Connecticut River from Lord Creek to the south, to Falls River and Joshua Creek to the west.
In the late afternoon, Edwin headed further south from Lord Creek, to South Cove, Falls River, North Cove and back to Lord Creek. He then returned to Hamburg Cove by early evening and spent another night along Eight Mile River.

July 31 ~ Edwin headed south of Hamburg Cove to nearby sections of the Connecticut River in the early morning, then continued to the Old Lyme shoreline, and remained through noon.
In the early afternoon, Edwin returned north to Hamburg Cove, then headed west to Selden Neck State Park and Pratt Cove, and then made a loop to nearby Falls River Pond.
Edwin remained at Falls River Pond and nearby North Cove through the early evening, then returned to Hamburg Cove and Eight Mile River for another night.
