April 15 ~ After a night at Boque Brook Reservoir in Chesterfield, CT, Edwin headed south first to Latimer Brook in East Lyme, then briefly to the shoreline in Waterford. He then headed west and spent the rest of the morning along the Connecticut River.

Around noon, he returned north following waterways to briefly reach a small pond just north of Barnes Reservoir in Salem. He then made a loop to the east, following waterways southwest, across the Thames River to Groton Reservoir and back, but continued west to a section of the East Branch Eight Mile River in Salem late in the afternoon. By 6 p.m. Edwin was back at Bogue Brook Reservoir for the Night.

April 16 ~ After another night at Boque Brook Reservoir in Chesterfield, CT, Edwin headed south, first briefly to Latimer Brook in East Lyme, then left the mainland and spent the rest of the morning on Plum Island. In the early afternoon, Edwin continued south to Gardiners Island, where he remained mostly near Gaylor Hole for the rest of the day and night.
