7/2/14 Edwin heads northwest to Gardner Lake around 5:15 a.m., but returns to Oxoboxo Lake and remains from 6:30 – 10:30 a.m. He then heads south towards Lake Konomoc and continues to a wooded section of Waterford with small streams just south of the high school from 11:45 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. In the afternoon, Edwin heads north towards New London High School and spends from 3-4 p.m. at nearby Bates Woods, then continues east to the Thames River, and then heads north to reach Smith Cove in Quaker Hill before returning west by way of Bogue Brook and Barnes Reservoirs, and continues north to Gardner Lake where he remains from 5:15 – 6:45 p.m. In the evening, he returns to Barnes Reservoir briefly, then back to Gardner Lake, and around 8:15 p.m., is at Oxoboxo Lake for another night.
