6/28/14 Charlie stops by the nest at the west end Transfer Station around 5:30 a.m., then makes a quick trip to the southern shoreline to hunt for food and returns to the nest from 7:15-8:30 a.m. He then makes multiple quick trips around the west end to hunt for food and returns to the nest in between, then remains at the nest area from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. In the afternoon, Charlie makes multiple trips longer trips around the west end and then returns to the nest from 3:15-4:15 p.m. He then makes a loop east of the nest and returns from 4:30-5:30 p.m. In the evening, he makes a few more trips around the west end and returns to the nest from 6-7:30 p.m., then makes a final loop to the southern shore and Silver Eel Cove to return to the nest before heading to the northwest trees around 9:30 p.m. for the night.
