6/15/14 Charlie heads to the nest early in the morning and remains nearby from 5:45-8:45 a.m., then from 9 a.m. until noon he makes several trips around the west end to hunt for food and returns to the nest in-between. He then heads for the Ocean Beach area of New London, then enters the mouth of the Thames River, then loops back through the Alewife Cove area to return to to the nest at the west end transfer station by 1:15 p.m.

Charlie remains near the nest for most of the afternoon until 4:30 p.m, then makes trips to the southern shoreline and then the northern shoreline and returns to the nest area from 5-7 p.m. He then makes a couple more trips to the southern shoreline and returns to the nest, then heads to the northwest trees for the night.
