The sculpture at the western end of South Beach, Beached Forms: Passages, was built in the summer of 1980, and as designed, has eroded over time.
The artist, Harriet Brickman, is gathering images to document the life of the piece and the changes in the environment over the past 44 years. There will be a special exhibition on this sculpture at the H.L. Ferguson Museum’s 2nd Floor Side Gallery in 2025.
If you or someone you know has taken pictures of the sculpture (even before digital) please share them with Pierce Rafferty at [email protected]
