The last data file from Edwin was received on the morning of August 23, after he had spent the night midway between Lake Ocklawaha and Lake Kerr in northern Florida. He then went “dark” for a week, but we now have more data to show his recent migration travels:

August 24 (MIG DAY 9) ~ Edwin left the US and entered the Villa Clara province of Cuba. – He spent the night along a river between Palma Sola and Alacranes Reservoirs.

August 25 (MIG DAY 10) ~ Edwin continued southeast to the Sancti Spiritus province of Cuba. He spent the night at Lebrije Reservoir.

August 30 (MIG DAY 15) ~ Edwin continued east to the Guantanamo province of Cuba, and spent the night along the La Yaya Reservoir.

August 31 (MIG DAY 16) ~ Edwin left Cuba, and continued southeast across the Gulf of Gonâve to Haiti, where he spent the night on the southern shoreline of Gonâve Island.
September 1 (MIG DAY 17) ~ Edwin continued east across Haiti to the Dominican Republic, where his last data signal was received from Barahona, along Neiba Bay.
