Charlie Tracking June 17
June 17 ~ Charlie spent the early morning making trips between the nest at the west end transfer station and Hay Harbor, the southern shoreline, and open water to the south.
Mid morning, he made another trip to the southern shoreline, then headed north off-island to the Thames River. He reached the Long Cove area in Ledyard, then returned to the nest on Fishers Island through mid afternoon.
Late in the afternoon, Charlie made a loop around the west end, then made a second trip to the Thames River. He returned to the nest in the early evening, then made a trip to Silver Eel Cove before settling near the nest for the night.

Charlie Tracking June 18
June 18 ~ Early in the morning, Charlie headed first to the southern shoreline, then north off-island, to the Thames River. He reached just north of the Gold Star Bridge, then returned to the nest back on-island.
Mid-morning, he visited Hay Harbor, the southern shoreline and Silver Eel Cove, then made another trip off-island. He headed first to Mumford Cove, then Groton Reservoir and Baker Cove, and then the Thames River from Shaw Cove to Mill Cove, with short breaks on the Groton mainland. He returned to the nest on-island mid afternoon.
Late in the afternoon, Charlie made a loop around the west end, from Hay Harbor, to the southern shoreline and Silver Eel Cove, and then made a third trip to the Thames River. Mid evening, he returned to the nest on-island for the night.
