April 25 ~ Charlie spent the early morning hunting for food around the west end of Fishers Island and visiting the nest at the transfer station. Mid morning, he made a trip to the mouth of the Thames River and New London near Alewife Cove, then returned to the west end of the island.

Early in the afternoon, he made another trip to the mainland and hunted for food along the Niantic River and nearby Latimer Brook. He returned mid afternoon and remained on the west end for the rest of the day and spent the night near Hay harbor.

April 26 ~ Other than one short trip out over open water, Charlie spent the entire morning on the west end of Fishers Island hunting for food and visiting the nest at the transfer station.

After noon, he made a brief trip to the mainland to hunt for food at the mouth of the Thames River, the Niantic River and Jordan Cove. He then returned to the west end and the nest for the rest of the afternoon. In the early evening Charlie made another short trip to Jordan Cove, then returned to the nest, and remained close by for the night.

April 27 ~ Charlie made a quick trip to the mainland early in the morning to a small stream near Jordan Cove. He then spent the rest of the morning hunting for food on the west end of Fishers Island and visited the nest.
