3/19/15 Charlie had spent most of the winter around Lake Maria la Baja in Bolivar, Colombia, but his tracking data shows that on March 18 around 10 am, he was on the move – only further south along the coast. He reached Cordoba, Colombia around 6:30 pm for the night – the next morning, he appeared to change his mind and begin to head back north.
