For all of 2015, Charlie has remained in Northwestern Colombia at Maria la Baja (a town in Bolívar Department), where he migrated to from Fishers Island in the fall – and had reached on October 5. Much of his time has been spent in the Lake Maria la Baja area.
He appears content to stay put for the time being.
