9/14/14 MIGRATION DAY 3: Charlie starts out early in the morning and crosses from Delaware into Maryland, then continues south across the Chesapeake Bay to Newport News, Virginia, and then reaches the North Carolina border by 10:30 a.m. He continues south and reaches a coastal area near Jacksonville around 3:30 p.m., and by 3:45 p.m., Charlie is near a small stream called Grants Creek for the night.
