8/9/14 Edwin spends the morning in Hamburg Cove along the Connecticut River in Lyme. After noon, he heads south and spends from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. on the eastern bank of the river just above Nott Island. He then does a loop through Lord Cove, across the river to South Cove and Middle Cove and briefly returns north to Hamburg Cove around 4:15 p.m. Late in the day, Edwin heads south along the river again, and reaches Goose Island, then spends from 5 – 6:30 p.m. back on the eastern bank above Nott Island, and then returns to Hamburg Cove, and by 7:30 p.m. is at a northern section for the night.
