8/8/14 Edwin makes another early morning trip to the shoreline in Old Saybrook and hunts for food from 9 – 10 a.m., then returns north to the Nott Island section of the Connecticut River around 10:45 a.m. He spends from 11 – 11:45 a.m. on the eastern bank of the river above Nott Island, then returns to Hamburg Cove from noon – 5 p.m. In the evening, Edwin makes a brief trip south of the cove and returns by 6:45 p.m., then by 8 p.m. is further north in Hamburg Cove for the night.
