8/4/14 Edwin spends the early morning at Hamburg Cove in Lyme, then heads south along the Connecticut River to Lord Cove, and then continues further south to spend from 9:30 – 11:30 near the shoreline in Old Saybrook. He returns north towards Essex around noontime and reaches North Cove, then crosses the river and spends from 12:15 – 6 p.m. on the eastern bank above Nott Island. In the evening, Edwin returns to Hamburg Cove and around 7 p.m. reaches a northern section to spend the night.
