8/3/14 Edwin spends another morning in Hamburg Cove. In the early afternoon he heads south along the Connecticut River to reach South Cove around 1:30 p.m., then returns north to Hamburg Cove and makes a second trip south, this time along the eastern bank to Lord Cove and returns to Hamburg Cove by 4:30 p.m. He spends the rest of the afternoon and early evening at the lower section of the cove, then around 7:45 p.m. heads further north for he night.
