8/20/14 MIGRATION DAY 3: Edwin spends the early dawn hours at the Cumberland Marsh Natural Area Preserve on the Pamunkey River in New Kent, Virginia. After 9 a.m., he begins to migrate further south and around 12:45 p.m., crosses the border into North Carolina. Edwin reaches Sinclair Lake in Sampson County, North Carolina around 6:45 p.m., and by 7 p.m. is at a nearby wooded area along Little Coharie Creek for the night.
