8/5/14 Charlie spends the early dawn hours at the northwestern Winthrop trees, then around 8:30 a.m. heads west of the Community Center, and then east to Hay Harbor and further north, then returns to the northwest trees and nearby area. He then heads to the western shoreline and circles back to the nest area, then spends from 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. nearby east of the nest. In the afternoon, he heads west to Silver Eel Cove, then to the northern shoreline and loops back to the west and south, and returns to the northwest trees from 1:30 – 2 p.m. He then makes another trip to the western shoreline, then spends from 3 – 3:45 p.m. between Hay Harbor and the northwest trees. In the late afternoon, Charlie makes a trip to the northern shoreline, then spends the rest of the day and night at the northwest trees and nearby Hay Harbor.
