8/26/14 Charlie spends the early dawn hours along the northern shoreline on the west end of Fishers Island, then around 8:30 a.m., he heads north off-island towards the Thames River in Connecticut. He reaches Mamacoke Cove near the border of New London and Waterford around 9 a.m., then turns back south to hunt for food at the mouth of the Thames and the southern New London/Waterford shoreline. He then spends from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Alewife Cove, and then follows Fenger Brook northwest until around 3 p.m. before returning south to Fishers Island. In the afternoon, Charlie is back at Hay Harbor around 3:45 p.m., then stops at the trees on Winthrop briefly, then hunts for food at the southern and western shorelines, and is back at the Winthrop trees by 6:30 p.m. for the night.
