8/18/14 Charlie spends the early dawn hours at the Hay Harbor shoreline just north of the Winthrop trees, then heads to a spot near the southern shoreline from 6:45 – 7:45 a.m., then heads to the western shore and stops by the Winthrop trees before taking a longer break at the trees on Beach from 9 – 10 a.m. In the late morning he hunts for food along the western and southern shorelines and stops back at the Winthrop trees, visits the nest area at the west end Transfer Station, then heads to the Hay Harbor area from 12:45 – 2:30 p.m. In the late afternoon and early evening, Charlie hunts for food mostly along the western shoreline with short breaks back at the Winthrop trees, the trees on Beach, and the spot near the southern shoreline, then around 7:30 p.m., is at some trees along the southwest corner of Hay Harbor for the night.
