8/15/14 Charlie spends the early dawn hours at the trees on Winthrop, then heads to the western shoreline to hunt for food, and then spends from 8 – 11 a.m. at the trees on Beach. Late in the morning, he hunts off the southern and northern shorelines, then returns to the trees on Winthrop from 11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. In the afternoon, he hunts at Hay Harbor, then briefly visits the nest at the west end Transfer Station and heads to the trees on Beach from 2:15 – 5:45 p.m. Charlie spends the evening between the trees on Beach, the southern shoreline and the Winthrop trees, and by 8 p.m. is at the Winthrop trees for the night.
