6/26/14 Edwin spends the early morning between Oxoboxo Lake and Gardner Lake on the Montville/Salem border, then around 9:15 a.m., heads east across the Thames River and spends from 10-10:30 a.m. along a small stream near Avery Pond in Preston. He then follows small waterways east, then south and spends from 11-11:45 a.m. at Whitehall Pond in Old Mystic.

He then continues southwest along the shoreline to Baker Cove in Groton, then crosses the Thames River to do a loop around New London before heading to Goshen Cove in Waterford and doing a loop out over open water, then spends from 1-2:45 p.m. along a small stream near Waterford High School. Edwin then heads northwest to spends the rest of the day at Gardner Lake from 3:45-8:30 p.m. and by 9 p.m., is back at Oxoboxo Lake for another night.
