7/19/14 Charlie spends the early dawn hours at the trees northwest of the nest, then heads to the southern shoreline to hunt for food and returns before visiting the nest area from 7:30 – 9 a.m. He then hunts along the northern and southern shorelines and returns to the nest from 10 – 10:45 a.m., and then continues to hunt along the southern and northern shorelines again before taking a break in the northwest trees from 11:45 – 12:15 p.m.

In the early afternoon, he hunts along the northern and western shorelines and returns to the northwest trees from 1:30 – 2:15 p.m., then makes another trip to the western shoreline and returns briefly to the northwest trees. He then visits the nest before heading to the northern shoreline area from 3:30 – 4 p.m. In the late afternoon, Charlie visits the nest again, then spends time in trees northeast of the nest from 4:15 – 4:45 p.m. In the evening, he again visits the nest, then heads to the northern shoreline one more time, but then returns to the nest area from 5:35 – 7:45 p.m. Charlie heads northwest to reach his nightspot shortly after 8 p.m. for the night.
