7/1/4 In the early morning, Charlie makes a quick trip to the southern shoreline of Fishers Island to hunt for food, and then remains near the nest at the west end Transfer Station from 6:15-7:45 a.m. He then spends the rest of the morning making several trips around the west end and returns to the nest in-between, then spends an hour in the nest area from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

In the afternoon, Charlie makes a few trips to the northern and southern shorelines and with half hour breaks at the nest in-between, then spends an hour at the nest from 4:30-5:30 p.m. In the evening, he makes another trip to the southern shoreline and returns to the nest from 6-8 p.m., then makes a final trip southeast of the nest and returns briefly, before heading to his night spot in the northwest trees by 9 p.m.
