6/11/14 Charlie heads to the west shoreline near Silver Eel Cove around 5 a.m., then heads north to the mainland and reaches Groton by 6:45 a.m. and then, returns south to Fishers Island and is at the nest from 7:30-8:15 a.m. He then heads to the shoreline north of the nest and the nearby trees, then around 8:45 a.m. makes a second trip to the mainland and spends the rest of the morning fishing between the mouth of the Thames River and just north of the Gold Star Bridge, circling back-and-forth multiple times and also making one trip to the east to fish at Groton Reservoir and Baker Cove, then returns to the Thames River, and then south to Fishers Island by 12:30 p.m. to fish along the shoreline of the west end.

Just before 2 p.m., he makes a third trip to the mainland, first to the shoreline of New London, then up the Thames River to Goss Cove around 2:30 p.m., then southwest through Groton to Baker Cove and Mumford Cove and returns to the nest on Fishers Island by 3:15 p.m. At 3:30 p.m., He then fishes at Silver Eel Cove, then heads to the trees northwest of the nest from 3:45-5 p.m., then returns to the nest until 7 p.m. He makes a final trip to shore north of the nest and Silver Eel Cove, then heads to the northwest trees at 9:30 p.m. and remains for the night.
