5/19/14 Charlie spends the early morning fishing on the west end of Fishers Island along the southern shoreline, then around 8:30 a.m. heads to the Thames River to fish. He reaches the Gold Star Bridge around 9 a.m. and then heads west to Keeny Cove along the Niantic River, and returns to the nest on Fishers Island by 10:45 a.m. He fishes around the west end until 1:30 p.m., then he makes a similar fishing trip to the Thames River and Keeny Cove, only this time by way of Baker Cove in Groton and checking out Perry Pond in New London, then returns to the nest by 4:15 p.m. Charlie does a little more fishing on the southern shore of the Island and stays nearby the nest for the night.
