UPDATE MARCH 2016: We believe that we have lost Charlie.
We were hoping that Charlie was still in a “dark” area of the Domincan Republic, (where we had last received his signal in December), but as no new signals have been received, he is most likely gone. Ornithologist Rob Bierregaard, informed us that he believes he was almost certainly shot at a fish farm his last signals came from.
